Your Trusted Mobile Notary Public in Las Vegas, Nevada
Las Vegas runs on a 24-hour clock, and so do its documents: a power of attorney needed in a hotel suite before a 6 a.m. flight out of Harry Reid, a casino shift worker who can only sign at midnight, an escrow packet for a new build in Summerlin West or Cadence that has to fund before the weekend. Notary On Demand keeps Nevada-commissioned notaries staged across the valley (the resort corridor, Summerlin, Henderson), so someone is genuinely close whether you're at the Venetian Expo or a cul-de-sac in Green Valley. Nevada writes both the notary fee and the travel rate into statute (NRS 240.100), we quote them straight, and we know the Clark County Recorder's quirks, starting with the fact that the office is closed on Fridays. Text us and we're rolling.
How a Las Vegas Mobile Notary Visit Works
Text Us Any Hour
Nevada writes the numbers into statute — $15 for the first signature, plus a travel rate capped by law and agreed in advance. You get one flat quote by text, 3 a.m. included.
A 24-Hour Town, Staffed That Way
Notaries are staged in the resort corridor, Summerlin, and Henderson, so most of the valley dispatches in 30 to 60 minutes at any hour. Boulder City and the far 215 take longer.
Sealed for Clark County
We check ID (consular cards included), witness the signature, and complete the certificate for the Clark County Recorder on Grand Central Parkway — which, worth knowing, closes Fridays.

What Las Vegas Clients Say
Suite visits at 2 a.m., Summerlin closings, Henderson bedsides — here is what Las Vegas Valley clients say about our notaries.
"Our refinance on a Summerlin house needed signing before Friday funding. The notary met us near Downtown Summerlin at 7pm, ran the whole packet page by page, and the title company had it back next morning. Flawless."
"Needed a power of attorney notarized before a 6am flight home. They came to my suite at the Venetian at 11pm, handled hotel security like pros, done in 20 minutes. Only in Vegas — and only these guys."
"My father was at St. Rose Siena in Henderson and we needed his healthcare directive notarized that evening. The notary was gentle with him, patient with us, and coordinated perfectly with the nurses. Thank you."
Why Choose Our Mobile Notary in Las Vegas?
Here's why Las Vegas residents and businesses keep calling Notary On Demand when they need a mobile notary.
Built for a 24-Hour Town
Half of Las Vegas works swing or graveyard, and our dispatch board reflects it. A 3 a.m. signing after a casino shift gets the same response as a Tuesday at noon. Nevada even sets a statutory overnight travel rate, and we quote it upfront.
Strip and Resort-Corridor Fluency
Hotel-suite signings, convention-floor contracts at the LVCC, back-of-house paperwork for resort employees: our notaries know how to work with hotel security and find the right tower elevator without burning your layover.
Sunrise, UMC, and Summerlin Hospital Bedside Visits
Our Las Vegas notaries regularly handle patient-room powers of attorney and healthcare directives at Sunrise, UMC, MountainView, and St. Rose Siena in Henderson. Calm, quick, and respectful of nursing staff.
Statutory Fees, Quoted Straight
Nevada caps the acknowledgment fee at $15 for the first signature and $7.50 for each additional (NRS 240.100), and caps hourly travel rates too. Your quote separates every line so there's no mystery math.
Escrow-Ready for a Fast-Moving Market
Summerlin, Henderson, and North Las Vegas new builds close in waves, and our NNA-certified signing agents run buyer, seller, and refi packages on the title company's timeline, evenings and weekends included.
Recording-Ready for Grand Central Parkway
Deeds headed to the Clark County Recorder need clean notarial wording and correct execution, and the office is closed Fridays, which catches people out. We notarize with the recording calendar and requirements in mind.

Trust & Verification — Las Vegas, NV
We back every claim on this page with proof. Here's how each one is verified for the Las Vegas mobile notary team.
How our notaries are vetted
Before a notary takes a single signing for us, we verify each of the items below. We track renewals so coverage never lapses mid-assignment.
- 01
State commission verification
We confirm every notary holds an active commission with their state's commissioning authority before they take a single signing.
- 02
Background check provider & cadence
All notaries are screened by an accredited background check provider at onboarding and re-screened periodically per NNA-aligned standards.
- 03
$1M E&O insurance
Every notarization is backed by $1,000,000 in errors & omissions insurance, well above the typical $25K–$100K minimums most notaries carry.
- 04
Surety bond per state
Each notary carries the surety bond their state requires (amounts vary — for example California requires $15,000) so the public has a financial remedy if a notarial duty is breached.
- 05
NNA certification
All notaries are NNA Certified — they have passed the National Notary Association's certification exam and follow its Code of Professional Responsibility.
- 06
Ongoing training
Notaries in our network complete annual continuing-education refreshers covering statute updates, document categories (POA, deeds, loan signings, apostilles), and identity-fraud red flags so practice keeps pace with current law.
- 07
Renewal cadence
Commissions, bonds, E&O, and background checks are tracked on a calendar so renewals never lapse mid-assignment.

Notarial acts in Nevada are governed by NRS Ch. 240 (Nevada Notaries Public Statutes). Every Notary on Demand professional in Las Vegas is commissioned and in good standing under these statutes.
Nevada Notary Law — What Las Vegas Signers Should Know
Every notarization on this page is performed under NRS Ch. 240. Here's the short version of how Nevada notary law affects your appointment.
Fees in Nevada
Nevada caps the fee for taking an acknowledgment at $15 for the first signature of each signer and $7.50 for each additional signature (NRS 240.100). Unusually, Nevada also caps mobile travel by statute — up to $15 per hour between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. and up to $30 per hour overnight, agreed with you in advance, so your quote is built on numbers the legislature already wrote down.
Acceptable ID
- Driver license or state-issued ID card with photo and signature (any U.S. state)
- U.S. passport or passport card
- U.S. military ID
- Consular identification card (photo and signature)
- A credible witness who personally appears and is personally known to the notary
Witness Rules
Nevada allows identification on the oath of a credible witness who appears in person and is personally known to the notary (NRS 240.1655). Every act also goes into the notary's journal under NRS 240.120 (name, signature, and ID details), so bring your identification even if the notary has met you before.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
permittedNevada was an early RON adopter: the Electronic Notarization Enabling Act (NRS 240.181–240.206) has allowed Nevada-commissioned online notaries to perform remote notarizations since July 1, 2018. Las Vegas signers can use RON for many documents, though hospital, hotel, and escrow situations usually still favor an in-person visit.
Read our online notary guideWhat a Nevada Notary Cannot Do
- •Nevada notaries cannot certify copies of vital records — in Clark County, birth and death certificates come from the Southern Nevada Health District and certified marriage certificates from the Clark County Recorder.
- •Non-attorney notaries cannot give legal advice, draft documents, or handle immigration paperwork — Nevada law specifically restricts 'notario público' advertising.
- •We do not notarize blank or incomplete documents, or for a signer who is not alert and willing.
Informational only — not legal advice. For your situation, consult a licensed Nevada attorney.
Source for fee, ID, witness, RON, and exclusion rules: Nevada Secretary of State / official statute (NRS Ch. 240).
Where Your Las Vegas Document Goes After Notarization
For deeds and other real-property documents signed in Las Vegas, notarization is step one — recording is step two. Here's where that happens.
Clark County Recorder
500 S Grand Central Pkwy, 2nd Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89155
Deeds, deeds of trust, and other real-property documents for Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas record with the Clark County Recorder on Grand Central Parkway, the same office that issues certified copies of Clark County marriage certificates. Note the office runs a Monday–Thursday schedule and is closed Fridays; most title companies e-record, and we notarize so your document is accepted the first time either way.
