Mobile Loan Signing Agent — Certified, Insured, On Your Schedule
A loan signing is only as good as the person at the table. One missed initial or a botched notarial certificate can send a package back and blow a funding date. Our mobile loan signing agents are NNA-certified, background-checked, and carry $1M in E&O insurance. They come to the borrower, 24/7, in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, and New York City.

What a loan signing agent does
A loan signing agent (also called a notary signing agent, or NSA) is a certified notary trained to walk a borrower through a complete loan document package. The agent presents each document, points out where to sign and initial, and notarizes the pages that require it. Unlike a general notary, an NSA understands the structure of a loan package and the sequence lenders and title companies expect, so the signing goes cleanly the first time.
Loan packages we handle
- Purchase loans — the borrower's side of a home purchase
- Refinances — rate-and-term and cash-out
- HELOCs — home equity lines of credit
- Reverse mortgages — with the added care these signers often need
- Seller packages — deeds, affidavits, and settlement documents
- Loan modifications and construction draws

Documents in a typical loan signing
Every package differs, but a mobile loan signing usually includes:
- The promissory note
- The deed of trust or mortgage
- The Closing Disclosure (CD)
- The Notice of Right to Cancel (on qualifying refinances)
- Signature/name affidavits and the compliance agreement
- Various borrower disclosures and acknowledgments
We verify each signer's identity, witness the required signatures, and complete every notarial certificate correctly, then get the package back to your signing service, title company, or lender on time.
Built for title, escrow, and lending partners
If you're a title company, escrow officer, signing service, or lender, you need a signer who shows up, signs it right, and communicates. That's the whole job. Every claim we make is backed with proof on our Trust & Verification section: active state commissions, an accredited background-check provider, per-state surety bonds, and $1,000,000 in E&O coverage on every notarization. We track commission, bond, and insurance renewals on a calendar so coverage never lapses mid-assignment.
How a loan signing appointment works
- 1
Send the order. Give us the borrower's location, the signing window, and the package (or authorization to download it). We confirm availability fast.
- 2
We print and prep. We print the package to spec (dual tray where required) and review it so nothing gets missed at the table.
- 3
We sign at the borrower's location. A certified NSA meets the borrower, verifies ID, and walks the full package in order.
- 4
Fast scan-back and return. We return executed documents by scan-back, courier, or overnight, per your instructions.

Pricing
Loan signings are quoted per appointment based on the per-signature notarial fee your state allows, a travel fee based on distance and time of day, and the size of the package (print, dual-tray, and scan-back requirements factor in). You get a clear written quote up front, and we don't add fees at the table.
