No Warranty / Carrier Liability

Text messaging services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee delivery of text messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information Sharing Statement

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent is not sold under any circumstances. The only exception is sharing with SMS service providers (carriers and messaging platforms) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
